Vista Outdoor receives $2 billion approach for ammunition unit from investment firm


Vista Outdoor said it has received an all-cash $2 billion offer for its ammunition business, which owns the Remington brand, from an unnamed private equity firm in the US. The US, will likely set up a multilateral battle to buy back this corporation.
