Cover has released a new teaser for Magical girl Holowitcheswith more information to be released on May 16, 2024. On that date, Cover will release the key visual and main trailer for the first time, as well as the first chapter of the manga (52 pages).

Magical Girl Holowitches is a multimedia project featuring several VTubers from Hololive as magical girls. From the banner we can see Holowitches will appear Shion, miko, Shipping, Chloe, MoonlightAnd Kanata. More information about the story, as well as whether other Hololive VTubers will make cameo appearances in the manga, will be announced at a later date.
The talents involved in the project will also have an anniversary broadcast on May 16, 2024, in which they can talk more about it. This stream will take place at 8:00 pm JT. That would be 4am PT/7am ET on the same day.
Cover has released alternative stories based on his talents in the past. For example, there is a multimedia project literally called Replace Hololivewas announced by Cover in 2021. It focuses on the characters’ daily lives outside of their livestreams and serves as the basis for the game Holoearth.
The first chapter of the Magical Girl Holowitches manga as well as the series’ main trailer will premiere on May 16, 2024 in Japan.
