Taito has already equipped some of its crane game machines with hat looks like a Pikmin’s head. There are three variations: green, red and yellow.
You will be able to get these items from online version of Taito crane game. Each hat sits quite high on your head so it doesn’t obstruct your vision. Each Pikmin hat is at a different stage of development. The yellow PIkmin has a leaf at the end of its antenna protruding from its head. Meanwhile, red plants have flowers and green plants have buds. These Pikmin hats are quite accurate to the designs that players are familiar with. The yellow Pikmin hat is the only hat with visible ears, like the yellow Pikmin hats in the game.
These Pikmin hats aren’t the only addition to the Taito crane game. On the same day, Taito announced that the plush toy replicates Sanrio’s mascots such as chuuni crime will be available as prizes. People who cannot play these crane games due to geographical reasons can purchase them individually from websites or proxy services. However, these customers may incur a higher fee than trying to acquire them “legally” through crane games.
