Zomato daily offers home food delivery starting at Rs. 89

Food delivery platform Zomato on Wednesday said it has launched a family meal service Daily, whereby its food partners will collaborate with home chefs. “Zomato every day brings you closer to home by serving you meals that make you feel at home,” company founder Deepinder Goyal said in a blog post. He adds: “Our food partners work with home chefs who design each recipe with love and care to serve you healthy, family-style dishes with best price within minutes”.

Goyal announced that Zomato every day currently only available in some regions of Gurugram.

“With fresh meals starting at just Rs.89, our customers can eat healthier and tastier everyday,” Goyal speak.

Users will be able to order home cooked meals on Zomato Every Day with a simple process. They will have the option to customize their chosen meal, available on the menu, which will be served to them from home chefs.

As can be seen from the screenshots shared by Zomato on its blog, users will be shown the home chefs of the day and menu on the homepage. With an affordable price, Zomato Everyday will make it easy for office workers and college students to order food from the food delivery platform.

However, the company has not revealed whether the meal includes additional delivery fees and taxes.

A few days ago, a spokesperson for Zomato confirmed plans to rebrand Instant, its ten-minute food delivery service, while also clearing rumors that the service won’t go down. There are reports that the company is planning to shut down Instant, launched less than a year ago, due to difficult market conditions.

Food aggregator launched Instant in March 2022. Looks like Everyday is Instant rebranded.
