Zach Shallcross met five of the women from his season Bachelor before he started filming. Transparent Then The Last Rose above season 19 of Bachelor, Zach was introduced to five women on stage, and that added comfort as he started to actually film his part. “As I stood in front of the mansion one night, I thought, ‘Wow, I’m really here, it’s about to begin, what have I gotten myself into?’ But having five women I met a few days earlier allowed me to be like, ‘Oh, a familiar face!’” Zach said hollywood life ONLY. “We can talk about how badly I did something and forget people’s names and laugh about it and joke about it. That makes me feel comfortable and makes me feel a little better when I see them again.”

However, Zach did not follow the women on social media before arriving at the villa. “I’m not looking for any women,” Zach admitted. “I didn’t even think I had a phone at the time. So I didn’t search their social media before. I probably should have! The women Zach met before the show were Bailey Brown, Brianna Thorbourne (who receives commission from viewer votes), Brooklyn Willie, Cat Wong and Christina Mandrell.

Zach was introduced to fans as a contestant on season 19 of Bachelor. He was with Rachel Recchia in the show and go all the way to the fantasy suites before everything falls apart. Zach said he feels like Rachel is dishonest when the camera goes off in the fantasy suite, and it leads to two Break up before the award ceremony. Now, Zach is read to show fans a different side of him on Bachelor.

“I’m happy that people see all of my personality,” said Zach. “The good, the bad, everything. I’m someone that fans don’t really get to see. I’m pretty goofy and don’t take everything in life too seriously. I have some of the worst dad jokes of all time that always fail, but to me, they’re funny. So to a lot of people, I’m just the boring Bachelor, but I think that changes when they see it.”

Of course, Zach can’t reveal much about how things have turned out during his “emotional” season, but he does confirm that he has a positive outlook on looking back at what went down. “I feel very satisfied with everything,” Zach told us. “It had crazy ups and downs and a lot of lessons, but overall, it went better than I could have imagined. I’m very happy.”

On what he’s looking for in a partner: I think from the very beginning, to the very end, what matters most to me is someone who has truth and genuine passion for all the people they meet and meet in life. I think it’s pretty obvious to spot in a culture that tends to be very self-centered. So it’s a deal breaker if you don’t have it.

When navigating the program: You just have to try to absorb everything, moment by moment, and try to navigate it as best you can. I didn’t come up with a rule book or a play on how to make a night. It’s unlike anything it’s ever been. I just go with what feels right, that’s all.

About this season’s drama: Obviously, that’s Bachelor, there will always be drama. But the movie now doesn’t focus around, like shrimp like it like above clay [Echard]’S seasons and things like that. I have to give credit to women. Most people are looking for the same thing I am looking for and take it seriously. A lot of movies come from real emotions and ongoing life situations. There is hurt feelings, there is jealousy, there is a little anger. Nothing is unnecessary. It’s the drama you face in your own life.

Bachelor premieres January 23 at 8:00 p.m. on ABC.
