Zach Braff Raves Over ‘Scrubs’ Reunion On ‘Shrinking’: Exclusive – Hollywood Life

“I love working with Bill,” Zach confided. “I directed the second episode of Ted Lasso and I directed the eighth episode of this show,” he also said. For those who don’t know, Bill also created Ted Lasso with Jason Sudeikis, Hunting Brendanand Joe Kelly. They invited Zach to direct the infamous “Cookie” episode from the first season of the Emmy-winning series.
Zach has more positive things to say about his longtime relationship with Bill. “We see with our own eyes. We get each other’s sensibilities and each other’s sense of humour,” he told us. “We just love to work together.”

Zach explains: “I think their only thing in common is that they are both a mix of humor and they also break your heart. “You can laugh and cry right after. So that’s where they overlap. But other than that, they are quite different, he said. “I think this show [Shrinking] sometimes a little darker. It’s funny, but it’s really dealing with grief. So I would say it could be a little darker.

Zach’s career hasn’t slowed down since his JD days on kill death celk. Emmy Award nominee created, wrote, and produced the upcoming comedy series A good man. Movie premieres March 24, starring Zach’s ex-girlfriend Florence Pugh as a woman named Allison, who forms an unexpected relationship with her future father-in-law after a fatal accident.
“It was really good,” said Zach of the project, which also features Morgan Freeman and Molly Shannon. “It is also a mixture of comedy and drama,” he added. “I hope people like it.”
