Xiaomi 13, Xiaomi 13 Pro internal testing starts in Asia, expected launch in 2023: Report

Xiaomi 13, Xiaomi 13 Pro internal testing is said to have started in different countries in Asia. The smartphone of the Chinese company is expected to launch in early 2023. Xiaomi 13 was spotted on the website of Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) recently. The Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro are said to be equipped with a triple rear camera setup along with a centered cutout on the screen to house the selfie camera. The Xiaomi 13 Pro is said to have a 6.7-inch E6 LTPO display with 2K resolution.

According to a recent leak by tipper Mukul Sharma, internal testing of Xiaomi 13, the upcoming Xiaomi 13 Pro has already started in various countries in Asia. The smartphones have also been tipped to launch in early 2023.

As mentioned earlier, the Xiaomi 13 recently detect on the BIS website. The smartphone arrived with model number 2210132G, according to the listing.

The specifications of the Xiaomi 13 series have been revealed by previous reports. Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro are said to have a hole-punch design centered on the screen at the front. The handsets from Xiaomi may come with triple rear camera setup. The rear camera configuration on the Xiaomi 13 Pro is said to include a 50-megapixel 1-inch Sony IMX989 sensor, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 50-megapixel telephoto lens.

The Xiaomi 13 Pro is also said to have a 32-megapixel selfie camera on the front. It is expected to feature Leica’s color science technology. The handset could house the power button and volume rocker on the left side, while a side-mounted fingerprint scanner is also expected.

Xiaomi 13, Xiaomi 13 Pro are said to come with curved screens. Xiaomi 13 is said to have dimensions of 152.8 x 71.5 x 8.3mm, while the camera protrusion is up to 10.3mm thick.
