Highlights of the Women’s Premier League Opening Ceremony: Bollywood actors Kiara Advani, Kriti Sanon and Punjabi singer and rapper AP Dhillon dominated the stage with their performances as the Women’s Premier League got off to a star-studded start. Host Mandira Bedi kicked off the celebration ahead of the historic edition of WPL. Kiara Advani took center stage with her impressive dance performance at DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai, before Kriti Sanon put on another stunning dance performance. AP Dhillon then performed his hit songs before all three stars took to the stage together to end the epic performance on top. After that, all five captains of the teams were named on stage and the WPL trophy was announced. In the first match of the tournament, the Mumbai Indians faced the Gujarat Giants.
