WoW: Dragonflight roadmap lays out regions, raids and surprises for 2023
Not satisfied with throwing a bunch of dragons and things adjacent to dragons at the player, World of Warcraft: Dragonflight is planning six more updates in 2023. Blizzard has laid out a roadmap for next year’s worth of hectics to expand, with new areas, raids, a super dungeon and career changes are planned. Two major updates, each scheduled for the first and second half of the year, will kick off new seasons for Dragonflight.
“When planning the way forward after the release of Dragonflight, we kept in mind the obligation our players have to nurture this living world and frankly the need to do better than we do. did in the recent past,” WoW executive producer Holly Longdale said in a statement parcel details the route on the game’s official website. Longdale explained that the developers are aiming to release “new world events, system updates and evergreen vacations, new dungeon experiences, narrative chapters and new trailers” for Dragonflight throughout 2023. The executive producer also indicated that there will be some surprises, and is said to expect new things based on player feedback about the expansion.
Dragonfly Expansion show on November 28th, and it’s really draconian. You can now play as the dracthyr conjurer class, journeying to the Dragon Islands and riding a drake mount. So yeah, lots of dragons. Dragonflight isn’t the only thing happening with World Of Warcraft in recent weeks, as Blizzard revealed that veteran developer Chris Metzen is back from retirement to work on the game. Metzen will start on WoW before moving on to connected projects.

World Of Warcraft: Dragonflight is available from battle.net for £40/$50/€50. It has dragons.
