The video begins with the chef arriving at the store early in the morning to buy groceries for the day. Once she’s back, she moves on to preparing her clients’ breakfasts, where she makes chia dark chocolate pudding.
Right after breakfast, she moved on to preparing dessert for the evening, followed by lunch. For dessert, she makes a gluten-free, no-bake chocolate peanut butter cake, and for lunch it’s an heirloom tomato, citrus-roasted salmon, plus a greens salad. While preparing lunch, she took a quick breakfast break at 12:30 pm.
After serving lunch to customers at 1:30pm and cleaning up, the chef eats his lunch at 3:30pm. Next, she moved on to preparing the snack – melon and prosciutto and serving it at 4:30 pm. Then she prepares dinner, cleans the kitchen, and ends her workday at 8:45 pm. Watch:
