Just moments after she posted a photo to celebrate her 33rd birthday, Taylor SwiftHer fans believe they have found out which album she is currently recording. Taylor shared a photo with her social media on the evening of December 13 to show her fans that she is with her longtime collaborator Jack Antonov work on music. She sat on the recording studio floor with a cello in her lap as she held up three fingers in each hand. Most of her outfit is hidden, but she appears to be wearing a white t-shirt with a cat print and black jeans. Jack sat on the chair next to her with the guitar in his lap.

“Thanks for all the well wishes today!!” she captioned the post. Of course, I spent my 33rd birthday in the studio… There would be no other way. Love you!”
While to some, the photo may seem like a celebration of her innocent birthday, Swifties believes the “Cardigan” hitmaker left multiple hints revealing that she’s recording an album his friday studio, Reputation, released in 2017. The first and most obvious clue comes from her hand. While the three fingers she holds up on each hand certainly represent her age, fans also seem to believe that it stands for the number sixwill point to album number 6, Reputation. Now that’s a useful coincidence.
Some fans even think that her fingers can represent March 3, 2023, which would be the release date for an album. Some fans think Speak Now: Taylor’s Version may be in the works and may be released on that date. Just last month, fans were convinced Say is in the process of being recorded, that’s why some division about which album is being represented in cryptic snapshots.
Another hint points out Reputation is the $1 bill lying on the top keyboard in the background of the picture. Taylor won 1 dollar in her Hack and battery lawsuit 2017 against a radio DJ who groped her during a pre-concert meet and greet in June 2013. She then donated a dollar in Music Video “Look What You Made Me Do” (one Reputation single), as seen below next to her right shoulder. Fans believe that the dollar symbolizes the trial. Now, fans believe that the only dollar bill is on the top keyboard in studio is another pointer Reputation is on the road.
It would make sense for Taylor to start her work for Fame: Taylor’s Version recently. As mentioned before, Reputation was released five years ago, and according to Rolling Stone, many contracts require artists to wait 5 years before they can re-record an album. This means Taylor is set to start Fame: Taylor’s Version on November 11
Rumor has it that Taylor might release an album a month before her birthday highly anticipated epoch tour, so it’s no surprise that she’s in the studio on her birthday. Regardless of that, the avant-garde superstar will continue to keep her devoted fans around.
