To reduce the amount of gas produced in the body, there are certain foods we must adopt in life. We cannot completely prevent intestinal gas caused by the body but we can minimize the gas passing by consuming certain foods. Foods like eggs, fish, lettuce, zucchini, tomatoes, grapes, melons, lean meat and protein should be included in the diet more often to avoid farting. Alternatively, you can start sipping chamomile tea and mint tea to avoid bloating.
