‘Whose children are they’ blistering brochure about teacher unions

The Fathom event is often about the half of the country that Hollywood ignores.

The company that organized the special event showed “Christmas with the Chosen One“Last year, for example. The film based on the belief raked in big box office numbers at the center.

However, the latest Fathom Event launch may merge both red and blue states.

Whose children are they?“Is a bombardment of public schools in the 21st century. Documentary, Now showing in cinemas nationwide on March 14. Meanwhile, both the academic performance and the young students themselves are lost in the progressive shuffle.

Deborah Flora, a producer on the film and a key cast member of the series, says the parents have had enough.

Flora, one Colorado resident runs for Senate as Republicanshared how the movie came to Hollywood in Toto and why it can be an educational game-changer.

HiT: “Whose children are they?” Couldn’t be more timely… when did the project officially start and was there a specific incident that triggered its creation?

Deborah Flora: I launched Father United America more than three years ago after being one of hundreds of parents whose voices were ignored as we waited for hours to testify against the explicit and unsolicited Comprehensive Sexuality bill. suitable for ages. I then introduced the Curriculum Transparency law and was immediately sent to the extermination committee.

That said, it’s time to encourage parents by bringing the truth to light with full exposure of what’s going on in our public school system.

As we turned over the Douglas County School Board and my testimony went viral, we learned that this parent revolt was a movement that, if brought to the attention of the masses, would eventually reach be free to educate and protect the chastity of all children.

That is the goal of the documentary.

HiT: “Whose children are they?” It may seem right-leaning to some, but some of the themes in the film have bipartisan appeal. Can you extend that big tent approach?

Flora: What I’ve found as President of Parents of America is that it doesn’t matter whether you’re a Democrat or a Republican, you’re a father and mother first and foremost. Having the right to know what your child is being taught is fundamental and non-partisan.

The politicized straw man arguments no longer hold. The majority of concerned citizens are devoted to full and unfiltered history teaching, but not the CRT ideological program based on Project 1619 but even creator admits not history.

Also, we’re all for Reproductive Biology taught at the appropriate age, but there’s widespread denial of the sexualization of children as young as preschool age. The unifying principle is that parents, not the state, are the ultimate authority in their children’s lives.

HiT: Parents are becoming more active around the country toward public schools, but teacher unions are trying not to disappear. What are some steps parents can take?

Flora: We are teachers by profession, that’s why we want them to know that there are alternatives to insurance and that they don’t have to pay a fee to an organization that bullies them and uses their money for ideological agendas.

As far as citizens are concerned, they can elect school board candidates who don’t care about union money, and stand with elected officials who will promote program transparency. teaching and taxes for students to follow, not the system.

Parents can make sure they know what’s going on in their child’s school, and if they’re trying to stop it, look for alternatives to their child’s learning. The time has come for true educational freedom that will help every child from all walks of life thrive.

HiT: Why did your team adopt the Fathom Event release plan? For those who missed the movie’s theatrical screening, are there other ways to catch it?

Flora: We know this is a nationwide movement, and so having this release in more than 750 theaters nationwide is key. However, this movie will have a long life that includes both streaming and DVD.

If someone is unable to attend this evening, they can still register on the website WhoseChildrenAreThey.com to be notified of further opportunities. We simply wanted to create a tool that could be shared far and wide to empower Americans to stand together.

Film will have a long life.

HiT: Some documentaries affect culture in unusual ways. Regardless of what people think of Al Gore’s quest, “Inconvenient Truth” generated a great deal of attention. The documentary “Blackfish” gave Seaworld a headache. Likewise, can your film shake up the culture? How?

Flora: We truly believe that this comprehensive exposure of our public school system will encourage concerned citizens across the nation to come together for real education reform. The radical change that has been made in our schools for decades has only happened because parents were closed, teachers were bullied, and the citizens involved were unaware.

COVID was the first step to a revolt among parents in our country as they watched their child’s curriculum for the last time, and our goal is for this documentary to be instrumental in promoting it. culmination for people of good will to stand together and demand a return to education is not catechesis.
