Whoopi Decree Means the End of ‘View’

The media war against Tucker Carlson for showing the January 6 footage shows little sign of stopping.

Journalists once cried out “Democracy dies in the dark!” could not believe that a fellow reporter would share the information on the most controversial day in recent US history.

Close the door. It. Down.

“The View” is part of that media buzz. The far-left rollout went up against both Carlson and Fox News all week, and it culminated with a curious quote from master “View” head Whoopi Goldberg.

The “Sisters Act” aluminum has attacked Carlson again, but she’s made a strange argument for doing so. Goldberg said that Carlson should not be legally allowed to speak on January 6.

“This should be against the law. You should know that you can’t lie,” Goldberg said. “As Americans, what are we supposed to do when we say, ‘this is not okay’… The First Amendment doesn’t allow you to be willing to lie.”

Two things are worth noting here.

Goldberg is an Oscar-winning actress who doesn’t know what the First Amendment does. That’s sad, especially since she’s 67 years old and has been in the media for over a decade.

Doesn’t she have a producer whispering in her ear, fixing her in real time? Of course, he or she will be busy.

And that’s the second problem. “The View” lies…and lies…and lies. The show’s record of speaking the truth is terrible, and that’s when it doesn’t incite hate across the country with baseless, untrue attacks on half the country.

Like this.

Carlson’s January 6 footage has, so far, shown the QAnon Wizard, Jake Angeli, as a peaceful visitor to the Capitol, escorted by multiple police officers around the building. We also saw Officer Brian Sicknick alive and well that day, refuting media rumors that Trump supporters beat him to death with a fire extinguisher.

Many Americans may still believe that lie thanks to our corrupt media landscape.

There is no footage that detracts from the actual, unacceptable violence that occurred on January 6, 2020, a legally dark chapter in American history. It still gives Americans a broader understanding of the riots and how the media and Democrats, but we repeat, distorted facts to advance the agenda. their.

“The View” should be grateful that the First Amendment allows a show brimming with hate, misinformation, etc. to slip into their pockets week after week.
