Which NFL Teams could get the most wins this season?

The NFL 2022/23 season is fast approaching and fans can be excited for another full throttle, immensely entertaining season once again.

With free-agency and the draft complete, trades have been made and we can start to see how each time will be set up. As training continues in the lead up to the first game we have also seen friendlies being played as players get up to match fitness.

Last year saw the Dallas Cowboys score the most points across the season with 530 with an impressive 64 touchdowns and 31.2 points per game. They were always good for parlay bets to add value with high scoring games to your card.

Super Bowl winners, LA Rams, and their rivals in the final, Cincinnati Bengals, both scored 460 throughout the season. The Jacksonville Jaguars were the lowest scorers with 253, just below the New York Giants who could only manage 258 with the lowest touchdown total of 24.

15 of the 32 sides scored more than 400 points throughout the 2021 season and fans will be hoping to see more high scoring games this year once again.

As we watch the pre-season games unfold there are some teams who are impressing on offense once again who should be must watch each week.

  1. Denver Broncos

In Mile-High City the fans have been missing the days of Peyton Manning at quarterback. It hasn’t been the same since, with players like Trevor Siemian, Case Keenum and Drew Lock not able to match what Manning did in his three years with the team.

Hope is tentatively restored going into this season with the signing of Russell Wilson as quarterback, coming in from the Seattle Seahawks.

Wilson is a dual threat quarterback who has the determination, professionalism and ability to be one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL, he knows he needs to add another Super Bowl to his name to achieve that.

There is plenty of wide receiver talent with the likes of Courtland Sutton and Jerry Jeudy to help Wilson and the Broncos get the ball down the field and into the endzone.

In one of the league’s toughest divisions, the Broncos will hope Wilson is that piece they need to take them over the line and challenge for a Super Bowl place.

  1. Buffalo Bills

Josh Allen led his side to 11 wins last season and the quarterback will know it could well have been more. They were the third highest scoring side in 2021 with 483 points, including 57 touchdowns; more than divisional rivals the New England Patriots who scored 462 with 51 touchdowns.

The Bills have now added Von Miller to the roster as well as some other upgrades which puts them in pole position to finish on top of the AFC East once again. An improved defense will get them the ball back more and have even more opportunities to score on their opponents each week.

Every side in the conference has improved but none have a quarterback who compares to Allen and he is spoiled for talent on the offense which should once again make them a devastating team to come up against.

  1. Kansas City Chiefs

Like the Bills, the Chiefs are another side lucky enough to have a top-tier quarterback who can control games and dominate opposition defenses.

Patrick Mahomes has been one of, if not the best in the league since becoming a regular starter for the Chiefs. His ability to do the unexpected is something that makes it so hard to set up a defense against, while the talent around him is incredibly high.

They have lost speedster Tyreek Hill to the Miami Dolphins and now have a new look receiver group with Juju Smith-Schuster and Marquez Valdes-Scantling coming in from Pittsburgh Steelers and Green Bay Packers respectively.

It’s a new look side, but with Mahomes and head coach Andy Reid, we should be able to expect some high scoring and entertaining games throughout the season with the Chiefs.

  1. Dallas Cowboys

One thing in the Cowboys favor is the division they are in. They are a dominant side in the NFC East in terms of offense and have a favorable schedule on paper going into this season.

They may have lost some big names like Amari Cooper, but they still have Dak Prescott, Ezekiel Elliott and CeeDee Lamb making them strong across all fronts. Adding in impressive displays from Dalton Schultz at tight end, they have variety on their side in ways they can target defenses making them less predictable.

These are just four of the sides who will provide so much entertainment throughout the season. Lets not forget last years Super Bowl winners LA Rams who have the best wide receiver in the league in Cooper Kupp to be terrorizing defenses.

Tom Brady is back under center for Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Cincinnati Bengals are deep with wide receiving talent once again, and there are so many other sides with creative head coaches leading them. 2022/23 looks set to be another exciting season.
