I don’t know if he’s the “best” or not but I’m a sucker for Fenris in Dragon Age 2. I love his backstory and the sense of trust you’ve built with him over the years. It takes time for that relationship to develop and for you to reach a good place together. However, this is understandable given all he has been through.
Also… I was one of the people who really liked the Solas romance in Dragon Age: Investigation. This is mainly because of how interesting it is in terms of storytelling. There is an innocent chemistry between her and your Investigator that leads to moments of warmth and tenderness. This is a far cry from the cataclysm they are both fighting against. While I really like it Mass effect of BioWare romances, Morrigan will always stand out for me. I really didn’t like this somewhat toxic romance, but it was one of the hottest. Morrigan as an extraordinary character and one of the prominent characters of Origin of the Dragon Age. The significance of this particular romance and a certain late-game plot decision make this one of the more complex romances in BioWare history. Also, shout out to the also complex and wonderful Dorian in Dragon Age: Investigation. — Cody
