West Point Add Concierge New Owner

Danielle Austin joins West Point Thoroughbreds

West Point Thoroughbreds hired Danielle Austin as an additional owner-instructor along with Nancy Dollase, and the newcomer is no stranger to high-pressure environments. Austin worked at Lane’s End for six years as coordinator for blood, racing and merchandising operations as well as working with West Point bloodline advisor David Ingordo. The Monmouth County, New Jersey native has held a number of roles in the industry including at WinStar Farms, Brookdale Sales and running flagship Standardbred Shoe Farms.
Founder and CEO Terry Finley praised Austin’s preparation for the new position: “We’ve been growing — we have more partners and horses than ever before. That comes with the responsibility of maintaining and even elevating our service levels, and Danielle is a great fit for an extra owner’s concierge. She has represented owners across all facets of the racing and breeding industries and is perfect for the role. ”
