Idli Oats are an incredibly light and delicious fibrous meal. You can eat both breakfast and dinner.

Element: Oats, fine rava, curd, baking soda (you can also use eno), grated carrots, chopped coriander leaves, salt, oil, mustard seeds, fennel seeds, urad dal, chana dal, ginger, cashews, hing (asafoetida), green chili, curry leaves, coriander leaves.

How to prepare:

Step 1: Put the oats in a blender or blender and prepare to grind.

Step 2: Heat oil or buttermilk in a pan. You can add cashews first and dry until they turn golden, take them out and set aside. Add the mustard, cumin, chana dal and urad dal and fry until they turn more golden. Next, add curry leaves, green chili, hing and ginger. Sauté.

Step 3: Add rava, to fry then mix in oatmeal. Fry until fragrant then add salt.

Step 4: When the mixture has cooled, pour in the water and add the curd. Mix to prepare a thick dough and set aside.

Step 5: Heat a steamer with water, drizzle a few drops of oil over the idli plates.

Step 6: In the flour mixture, add salt, baking soda or eno and mix well. Make sure you mix the dough quickly.

Step 7: Put the dough into the greased idli dish, cook and steam for 10-12 minutes. Use a skewer to check if the cake is done. Next, with the help of a spatula dipped in hot water, gently remove the idlis from the plate. Serve hot or warm.
