To prepare quinoa khichdi seeds, you need 1 cup quinoa, 1 cup raw moong dal, onion, ginger, fennel seeds, garlic, green pepper, salt and oil. Rinse and soak the quinoa and moong dal for 15-20 minutes. In the pressure cooker, cook the quinoa, moong dal, and water 3 times. Meanwhile, in a blender, prepare a mixture of onion, ginger, garlic, and green pepper. Heat oil in a pan, then add cumin seeds and prepared mixture, stir-fry. Add all the spices and mix until little raw. Add the cooked quinoa and moong dal and mix well. Serve hot and garnish with coriander leaves.
