Melt a small amount of butter in a pan and add 300 g of chicken pieces and 1 teaspoon of garlic. Make chicken stock with half a kilo of chicken bones and 500 ml of water. Add coriander leaves and chicken stock to the pan. Mix 2 teaspoons of oatmeal and 200 ml of milk and beat well. Pour it into the pan. Add salt and black pepper powder, let it all simmer together until soup thickens and chicken is cooked through. Serve hot.
