First, you take the rice to wash and soak in water. After 20 minutes, bring the rice to a boil. Boil the rice, remove the chicken and wash it clean. Heat a pan and add a little oil. Add the ginger-garlic powder and chicken pieces. Let the chicken cook for a bit. Then add the chopped onion, bell pepper and carrot. Now add soy sauce, red chili sauce, pepper and lemon zest. Stir this mixture well. Make sure to keep the mixture a bit dry. Add a little salt and combine.
