Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Bathe them in red chili powder, ginger-garlic powder, and vinegar. Massage the chicken until the spices are well mixed. Meanwhile, prepare the marinade with mustard oil, Kashmiri red chili powder, yogurt, coriander powder, black salt, amchur powder, jeera powder, garam masala, turmeric, kasuri methi, and ginger-garlic powder. Add the seasoned chicken to the marinade and keep for 1 hour. Next, coat each piece of marinated chicken in maida, dip in egg, and top with bread crumbs. Fry the chicken pieces until they are golden brown.
