How to Make Cheese Garlic Bomb | Garlic Cheese Bomb Recipe

  1. First, start by preparing the stuffing for the cheese garlic bombs. Combine sweet corn, bell pepper, mozzarella cheese, marjoram, and salt. Mix everything together and set it aside.
  2. Now, take the sandwich and remove the edges with a knife. Roll the bread until it is slightly flat. Add a teaspoon of stuffing to the flattened breads and press them together using a little water. Shape it into a ball and seal it. Set the prepared cheese garlic bomb aside.
  3. Prepare garlic butter with melted butter, minced garlic, pizza seasoning, chili flakes, and chopped coriander.
  4. Now, take a tin cake or steel plate and smear some butter on it. Place the cheese garlic bomb on a plate and arrange in a disc shape.
  5. Beat the garlic butter on top and incubate in the preheated kadhai for 5-6 minutes until the bread starts to brown. Next, sprinkle a little more cheese and chili flakes on top of the cheese garlic bombs and let them sit for about 5 more minutes.
