We love this platform game designed for desktop
Publisher The Arcade Crew and developer Assoupi have revealed a brand new platform game called Large server. This is a fresh and unique approach to the genre, where you play as Floppy, who is trying to discover his true function and embarks on a journey to find his own identity.
What’s cool here is that the levels are basically built to look like computer screens, with the backgrounds being actual program windows that you can change as you please. You’ll meet cute characters along the way and relax to some soothing music that fits perfectly with the pixel art world.
Mainframe’s release date is currently ‘early 2025’, so hopefully we’ll see it in January or February, or something like that. However, we’re incredibly excited to see more; this is one of the most unique ideas we’ve seen in the platform genre in quite some time.
Let’s take a look at the key features:
– A smart and fast-paced platform game with light puzzle elements
– Move the frame to create a path for your character
– Many mechanisms to explore
– Great story with funny dialogues and colorful characters to meet
– Cozy background music
– Lovely art style
