US stock futures swing between gains and losses as investors wait European Central Bank policy meeting and the public appearance of the Chairman of the Federal Reserve Jerome Powell.
S&P 500 futures were flat, a day after the index closed higher, ending a two-day losing streak. Blue-chip Dow Jones Industrial Average and tech-heavy Nasdaq-100 futures were also little changed.
