On Monday morning, the United International Baseball Federation (UIBL) announced that it has Cooperation with Hall-of Famers Barry Larkin and Mariano Rivera to bring professional baseball to India, Pakistan and the Middle East. The tournament will launch with a first showcase taking place in Dubai in February 2023.
