Linda Frickey is a 73-year-old grandmother from New Orleans, LA.
Linda is killed by four teenagers in a car robbery on March 21, 2022 at 1:30 pm. The scene took place on North Scott Street within 300 blocks.
Frickey’s last-generation Nissan Kicks was found hours after he disappeared near North Dumaine and North Dupre roads.

Officers arrived on the scene and found Linda unresponsive on the ground. It is reported that the woman’s arm has been separated from the body.
The video of the fatal crash has gone viral on Reddit and other social media platforms.

Four teenagers killed Linda Frickey. She has pulled from the car more than a stretch of road before the car hit the victim.
Furthermore, the neighbors were unsuccessful in stopping the car despite begging. Linda was trying to get something out of her car when a group of teenagers kicked her out of the car. She got caught up in good steering and happened to be dragged down the road.

One of the witnesses to the incident, Todd Ecker, told WDSU he tried to stop the teenagers from driving away. He said he got out of his car and yelled at the teenagers that they were pulling someone.
The victim was later pronounced dead at the scene when emergency medical technicians arrived.
The elderly woman was preparing to leave Security Plan Insurance before being attacked. Linda’s sister-in-law said that the previous person was going out of her building to put something in her car when she got her seat belt tangled because she didn’t have enough time to get out.

Linda Frickey’s family members are speaking out that Linda is an innocent victim who doesn’t deserve what happened to her.
In her interview with WDSU, Kathy Richard said that anyone on the street would get help from her.
For now, the teens will be charged with second-degree murder, according to Superintendent Shaun Ferguson. Officials arrested the suspects after releasing the photos.
The the suspect is a 17-year-old teenage boy, a 16-year-old female and two 15-year-old girls.
Orleans District Attorney Jason Williams said what happened to 73-year-old Linda Frickey was appalling and unimaginable.
