Watch: Make This Easy Besan Aloo Curry On Those Days You Confused What To Cook

Whenever we look for options to cook for dinner, most of the time we get confused and use the same old aloo ki sabzi. Aloo curry is one of the most cooked dishes in Indian households. It is very easy to do and also a safe bet as no one in the family will turn down it. But if you are bored with the same flavors, why not try something different this time. One of the reasons aloo curry appears on our menu is that there are times when our pantry lacks any fresh vegetables. If you’re having the same problem right now, we have a recipe that doesn’t require any vegetables. You can present the same aloo curry to your family but in a besan style.

Surprised? Your taste buds will also be amazed when you take the first bite of this unique yet delicious aloo curry. We call it curry besan aloo because the besan used to make aloo-like sabzi is cooked in a tomato-onion sauce. Aloo isn’t really used in it. This recipe was shared by food vlogger Reshu on her channel ‘Cooking With Reshu’.
