Ryu Ga Gotoku Studios released a new trailer for Like A Dragon: Ishin and it showcases the different fighting styles and weapons we’ll be using in the game.
For those unfamiliar, Ishin is a complete remake of the Yakuza spin-off that was released on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 in 2014. However, the spin-off never made it to the West so when Ishin arrives on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC in February, which will be the first time multiplayer will be able to play the game. To get you ready, RGG Studios has released a brand new trailer detailing some of the combat and related mechanics included in the game.

“In the 1860s Kyo, a solemn samurai’s fight for justice changed the course of Japan’s history forever,” a press release read. “Draw your sword and join the revolution in this sizzling historical adventure.”
Players who pre-order the Digital Deluxe Edition of Like A Dragon: Ishin will receive early access to the game starting February 17 (standard release date is February 21) and in-game items. play later:
- Captain of the Shinsengumi
- Room Growth Support Kit
- Sword upgrade material set
- Gun upgrade kit
- Third Division Weapon Expansion Kit
- Dogma Skin’s Dragon
- Three more weapons:
- Kijinmaru Kunishige, a black sword with a white hilt
- Bloody Sheen, a sword soaked in blood
- Black Ship Cannon, cannon taken from Western China
