Get out of one prison and into another. It’s fate for Jason Alexander on Tuesday (August 16), after Britney Spearsex-husband has finished serving the 60-day sentence because break into Britney’s house at her June wedding. Upon his release from prison, Jason, 40, was arrested, charged with grand theft and buying/receiving stolen property, and was immediately transferred to the Napa County Jail, according to TMZ. Jason’s latest legal nightmare stems from allegations that he walked away with a $2,000 bracelet from a woman in 2015.’

Jason allegedly had been living at an unnamed woman’s home for a month when she noticed a missing piece of jewelry in her bedroom, according to reports. TMZ. The unidentified woman accused Jason of stealing it, which he initially denied. TMZ police sources say that Jason “later admitted to the woman that he had stolen the bling – a diamond and sapphire tennis bracelet worth $2k – and sold it to a local pawn shop”. The woman called the police in February 2016 and the investigation is said to have led to the pawn shop where Jason allegedly sold the $2k bracelet for $180.

Police said they returned the jewelry to the woman and issued a wanted warrant for Jason. He is currently on $20,000 bail, each Page six. Regardless of the transfer, Jason will have to sit for a hearing on November 9 in his break-in case.

Jason returns to pop culture spotlight after he stabs Britney and Sam Asghari’s June wedding. Britney’s ex – famously married to the “Toxic” singer for 55 hours – posted on Instagram Live when he tried to sneak into her ceremony. “Britney Spears invited me here,” Jason said on Live. “She was my first wife – my only wife. HollywoodLife. “We have arrested an individual named Jason Alexander, 40, on an out-of-state warrant. He’s at our Thousand Oaks station right now and is being booked. Soon after, Britney was issued a restraining order against her ex.

Jason pleaded not guilty to two aggravating counts of trespassing and battery but changed his plea to “no contest“On August 12. Two additional charges, felony spying and misdemeanor vandalism, were dismissed. Jason has sentenced to 128 days in the Ventura County Jail, where he served 64 days.
