Start by roasting the daliya on the pan. Keep this aside. Next, heat the pressure cooker and melt the buttermilk. Add whole seasoning like pepper, cloves, bay leaf, cumin seeds, hing and fry. Add minced garlic, ginger, green peppers, dried red peppers, and chopped tomatoes. Deep fried. Season with red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder and pulao monosodium glutamate. Stir in potatoes, carrots, green beans, and peas. You can also add soaked moong dal at this stage if you want. Now add the roasted daliya and pour the water. Pressure cooking daliya for three whistles. The vegetable masala daliya is ready!
