Calling the dish ‘Papdsagna’, chef Saransh Goila shared the video on her Instagram handle. Up to now, the clip has received more than 121k views and nearly 7k likes.
In the video, chef Goila reveals how easy it is to make delicious restaurant-style lasagne with papad. All you need is mozzarella cheese, white sauce, keema, and paprika. You can even replace keema with paneer or soy if you’re vegetarian. Just soak the papad paper in hot water for one minute. Then take a baking box or plate and add papad paper to it instead of lasagne sheets. Add a layer of keema, white sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat as many times as you like and sprinkle some more mozzarella cheese on top. Bake the dish at 180 degrees Celsius for thirty minutes.
So you can enjoy the delicious taste of lasagne by making it simpler! Try this papad bread recipe by Saransh Goila and let us know how you like it in the comments.
