VKC Group held an event to honor female employees

Footwear manufacturer VKC Group organized an event to honor female employees who have worked for the business for more than 10 years. Celebrations at its manufacturing unit in Feroke are being held as part of International Women’s Day 2023.

VKC Group honored 232 female employees at its event, the footwear business said in a press release on March 7. A total of 139 female employees who have completed 10 years of service at the enterprise received special memorabilia from VKC President Mammad Koya at the event.
VKC President Mammad Koya said: “We are happy to create opportunities and encourage women for their dedicated contributions in the workplace by honoring them. “It is a huge achievement and an inspiration to have so many female employees with the VKC family for so many decades.”
The event also featured a talk with my special guest, family councilor Nisha Soman, who spoke about accepting equality. The company also emphasizes that its policies are designed to demonstrate a strong commitment to gender equality.
“We are honored to celebrate International Women’s Day by recognizing the female employees who have been with us for more than 10 years,” VKC Razak of VKC said at the event. “Their hard work and dedication have made us the leading manufacturer in the industry. We are proud to have them as part of the VKC family and we hope to continue our successful journey together.”
