Vivica A. Fox shared that she hasn’t spoken to Jada Pinkett-Smith since criticizing her comment about the Oscars slap.
In June, when co-hosting “Wendy Williams show” Vivica A. Fox shared that she felt Jada Pinkett-Smith had no “accountability” and gave a “self-righteous” response, while she briefly talked about the Oscars slap on her show ” Red Table Talk”. Vivica has now shared that she hasn’t spoken to Jada since criticizing her comments about the scandalous moment.
People catch up with Vivica at the premiere”The Great Wolf Pack: A Call to Adventure” at the Great Wolf Lodge, and she shared that she hasn’t spoken to Jada after her review on television.
Vivica said,
“I think they are really going through a recovery season. Listen, I love Will Smith. He is one of my favorite people on the planet. We all make mistakes. If there’s one person who deserves a second chance, it’s him. I think he took full responsibility for his actions and he apologized.”
“I just hope that we can all move on from the incident and learn that it will never happen again,” she added. “Especially about the size of a stage.”
Like before reported, Jada addressed the Oscars incident in an episode of her show where she discussed hair loss. At the time she said,
“My deepest hope is that these two intelligent, capable men have a chance to heal, talk and reconcile. In the state of the world today, we need both. And we all really need each other more than ever. Until then, Will and I are continuing to do what we’ve been doing for the past 28 years, and that’s continuing to find what we call life together. “
While on the “Wendy Williams Show,” Vivica said,
“I just wish we could be a little more responsible and let that not seem too conceited on Jada’s part, and that’s my feeling.”
Last month, Will Smith appeared on camera for the first time, where he offered another apology to Chris Rock and his family.
