Janelle Brown moving forward in every way! In her March 30 photo post, she’s wearing black leggings and a gray long-sleeve top while stretching her upper body a Pilates machine. She sported her blonde hair in a relaxed ponytail and paired it with a smartwatch, completing her fitness look with a dark red pedicure.
“Posting this unfiltered photo of me from Pilates today is a scary proposition,” mother of six children acknowledged in the footnote. “I’ve been training for years on my physical strength and stamina and only now have I consciously worked on my core and flexibility.”
She then went on to mention the “brutal” nature of social media. “I am less than perfect and let’s be honest, social media can be pretty brutal,” she continued. “Usually there is a lot of judgment and umm… ‘helpful tips’. But there is power in authentication. Show small steps towards building your own life – even if the progress is not always obvious or perfect.”
Many of Janelle’s 1 million followers on the platform took to the comments section to praise the reality star. “Working hard to improve yourself should always be welcomed no matter what stage of the journey we participated. well done,” wrote one fan, while another quipped, “You are my Shero! You inspire me to take care of myself.
“Pilates is the best,” commented a third. “I started in the late 70s and have been doing them for years. At 87, I know my mobility skills I wouldn’t have without them. Good for you and keep going, you will never regret it! Janelle herself reacted to the comment. “Oh! What a wonderful thing! Thank you for sharing that. 87! You are my type!” she writes.
Janelle and Kody ended their nearly three decades “spiritual” marriage last year, with a December clip from the show confirming what many people have grow to doubt. “Kody and I broke up,” she says in the clip. A source said contact at a time when she was simply “bigger than him.”
