Beckham’s Cotswolds mansion was previously targeted by thieves twice in a month.
The couple were away from home when a man was kicked out of his home by seven security guards and two dogs in November 2018.
According to The Sun at the time, the pair were shaken following a second threat of retreating to their countryside over a one-month period.
Both crimes are believed to be the work of a gang that appears to be targeting their £6million luxury home while the pair are away.
A source told the newspaper: ‘Fortunately, they have stepped up security after the last incident – including some staff and dogs – who were able to guard the property.
‘Otherwise this could have had a very different outcome. They are re-evaluating their security again and will provide more if they need it. ‘
