Vasta Platform (NASDAQ:VSTA) said on Thursday Mario Ghio will step down as chief executive officer after nearly 30 years with the company.
COO Guilherme Mélega will assume the role of CEO.
Starting April 2023, Ghio will support Mélega during the transition until April 30, 2023.
Ghio will continue to be a member of the company’s board of directors and play a role in the company’s long-term strategy.
