Van Steam Deck looking to hit the current shipping date

In what feels like a rare positive update regarding supply in the tech sector, Valve has released Steam Deck distribution estimates that are currently in the works. The update, posted on the Steam Community page, brings with it the good news that the first batch of handheld PCs will ship at the end of February.

We are all well-versed in the supply chain issues, challenges posed by remote working during the pandemic, and chip shortages, some of which have already delay Steam Deck once from its initial launch window.
