Valve has updated the post section on the official Steam website to announce the beta mobile app release. The company mentions that it has updated the app with “a new framework and modernized design.”

Along with this new change, the latest update will also add several improvements to the user experience including – smarter notification system, new Steam authenticator, multi-account support, improved improved gallery view, enhanced transaction confirmation, custom gallery-based news feed, and better store browsing.
According to a report by Android Authorization, a limited beta app for Android that has streamlined the user interface and made it easier to find notifications. The report also mentions that the login method has also been simplified and the app now allows the option to sign in with a QR code.

On the other hand, iOS users will need to install AppleTestFlight’s first app will automatically install the beta app. However, Valve also notes that Apple’s guidelines limit iOS beta participants to 10,000, and those positions fill up quickly.
