Across the country, students from elementary to high school staged class marches to protest gun violence in schools on Thursday. The leaders of the country’s two largest teachers unions are also planning to travel to Houston, Texas, this weekend to protest outside an annual convention of the National Rifle Association, an advocacy group gun advocacy.
