Users of Ola S1 Pro & S1 electric scooters will soon be able to use the service of the day
Ola Electric CEO Bhavish Aggarwal has announced that the company will introduce service desks to their experience centers. Experience centers will be able to service electric scooters. Bhavish says customers should be able to bring their car in and get same-day service in most cases. Experience centers will receive additional functionalities over the next 30 days. This information was tweeted by the CEO of the company.
This feels a bit contradictory considering the fact that Ola Electronics is to provide service and support remotely and without the network. Having said that, this is indeed a step in the right direction considering that scooter owners will be able to get same-day service.

Currently, customers need to make an appointment and the car will be serviced by an Ola Electric technician and delivered by the staff when the service is complete. Ola S1 and S1 Pro owners will be able to take advantage of service centers from now on.
The manufacturer also released MoveOS 3 for its electric scooter quite recently. More than 90% of scooters have been upgraded to the third generation of the operating system and Bhavish Aggarwal says they will be “Moving to MoveOS 4”. So it looks like now Ola Electric will start working on MoveOS 4.
