Guava paste:

  1. Pink guava (diced) – 3
  2. Green chili – 1 fruit
  3. Mint leaves – 8-10
  4. Water cup

Guava Margarita:

  1. Simple syrup – 60 ml
  2. Lemon juice – 2 lemons
  3. Tequila – 60 ml
  4. Three seconds or Cointreau – 60 ml
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Pureed guava
  7. Ice cubes – 2-4
  8. Water – cup

Coat layer:

  1. Red chili powder – 1 teaspoon
  2. Sugar – tsp
  3. Black salt – teaspoon
  4. Salt – tsp


  1. Put the pink guava, green chili, mint leaves and half a cup of water in a blender. Make a smooth paste from it and filter the mixture
  2. Next, we move on to preparing the drink.
  3. Add simple syrup, lemon juice, and half a cup of water to your tequila. Don’t skip adding your favorite wine – threes or Cointreau. Crush some guava and sprinkle with salt. Add some ice cubes and shake well.
  4. Place the lemon in a glass and dip the lemon into the spice mixture. Throw in a few ice cubes and pour in the margarine.
  5. Voila, the cocktail is ready.
