Ihor Zhovkva, deputy president’s office, told the BBC that the Ukrainian government is confident there will be no change in policy from its European allies and no leader has linked their country’s support to Fame. Hopefully people will blame their struggles on Russia’s actions, not the help given to Ukraine or the response to the invasion.
