UAAP to stage 4 more events in Season 84

MANILA, Philippines — UAAP will introduce Season 84 with four more events in the last week of May and the first week of June.

The league announced the schedule of the remaining events during the recent Cheerdance Competition press conference.

UAAP Men’s Beach Volleyball will return in three years on May 27, 28, and 29 and on June 3, 4 and 5 at SM Sands By the Bay in Pasay City.

Poomsae will be held on May 31 at the Mall of Asia Arena.

UAAP is going out of town for the 3×3 competition in Calatagan, Batangas on June 2 and 3.

The chess event is scheduled to take place from June 1 to 5 at the Far Eastern University campus in Manila.

UAAP made a successful comeback in the age of the pandemic, completing the Men’s Basketball Season 84 capped by an impressive championship by University of the Philippines defeated Ateneo in game 3.

The Women’s Volleyball Championship has also concluded its first round and will resume next Thursday, with the knockout round ending on June 9, while the Cheer Competition also returns on Sunday with The FEU claims the crown for the first time in 13 years.

The league is heading to stage 85 in September.
