Tyson Fury – “two more weeks” Before Chisora Trilogy
Via Charles Brun: Tyson Fury will defend his WBC heavyweight title two weeks from now against aging and tired-looking cruiser Derek Chisora on December 3 on BT Box Office PPV at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, London , Older brother.
Fury (32-0-1, 23 KOs) is said to have damaged the little popularity he had left by picking 14th place WBC competitor Chisora (33-12, 23 KOs) instead. because a decent boxer will give fans what they pay for.
The hype for this holy war goes nowhere, as Fury barely lifts his finger to hype it, and Chisora looks very tired in his interviews. Chisora’s speech, 38, sounded tiresome, as if all he could do was utter a few syllables.
Chisora’s slow response times when asked simple questions are unsettling, as it makes you wonder if he’s been hit too hard in his career.
Unless Fury knocks Chisora down easily, this fight will be over almost instantly, similar to Tyson’s last title defense against good-looking Dillian Whyte last April.
After that mismatch, Fury should have picked a good candidate because the match was boring with a lot of Tyson’s assault until he pushed Whyte to the canvas in the sixth round.
It’s unsettling that Fury picks Chisora, out of all the boxers, against since he doesn’t even rank in the top 15.
In an interview this week, Chisora stated that he is a better fighter than the last time he fought Fury in 2014.
If you take the time to watch Chisora’s recent slow-motion performance against 41-year-old Kubrat Pulev last July and compare that to how he performed against Fury in 2014, those are two different people.
Chisora was a lot faster and more dynamic then than he is now, and he was terrible in that battle.
“I need a goal. I need a goal to work towards,‘ Tyson Fury said to This morning on why he chose to defend against Derek Chisora, “We tried in the fight with Usyk; we tried for Joshua fight. It didn’t happen, so we had to take those available. Chisora stepped onto the plate.

“Congratulations Derek. He’s a great fighter, and I’m looking forward to this challenge.”
Chisora said to BT sports boxing about a three-way fight with Fury.
“Training wise, it’s the same. I can’t tell you, ‘After six weeks of training, I had the best game ever.’ No, I couldn’t find anyone bigger and able to move around like Tyson.
“If there were any big guys that could move like Tyson, they would fight Tyson. It’s hard trying to find people who can stay in the ring with me given the pressure I’m putting on them.
“Pressure is limited,” Chisora said when told he would need to pressure Fury. “The whole point is trying to limit the punches he throws. Maintain it and go with it.
“Go home,” Chisora said when asked what he would do next if he defeated Fury on December 3. “The same thing I do every day. Just go home and relax. There’s no one else I want to fight. Let’s go home,” Chisora said when asked who he wants to face next if he beats Fury to win the WBC belt.
“Win or lose, in the future there is only one place you will return to, and that is home. Even if you win the lottery today, where will you go first?
“All of them are monstrous. He is a good fighter; I will not lie to you. As long as you don’t mess around. He’s good at what he does. I’m also good at what I do, so let’s see.
“I thought he was a better fighter when I last hit him [in 2014]. Yes, I’m better now. The last time I fought him, he was better. He’s very good. He’s right,” Chisora said.
