Tyson Fury calls Chris Healey for center zone title

Tyson fury has pondered his legacy today, and, despite being the world’s heavyweight champion, a belt has eluded him on the road of competition in his mind.

‘King Gypsy’ is undefeated in the sport of boxing. He’s collected all the heavyweight titles – though some on separate occasions – and even held the Ring Magazine title twice. He participated in a war of the yearand beat two longtime champions that reigned in their backyards.

However, one thing in the sport kept him evasive. British Central Area Heavyweight title. Today he went on social media to ask for a shot to the belt.

“That’s right, guys. I was just thinking… I’ve won every belt in boxing, aside from one – and that belt is the British Central Heavyweight Championship. So who am I calling the Center Heavyweight Champion. I’m calling you out, ’cause that’s my belt! I want it! I do not understand! It’s the only belt I haven’t won and I want it. I came for whoever you are. Any!”

According to the British Boxing Control Council website, Chris Healey currently holds the center heavyweight belt. The man from Stockport has 9 wins and 12 losses. He has fought impressively four times in 2022, with defeats to Jay MacFarlane, Chuckwudi Ndidi, Fabio Wardley and David Adeleye.

Given his latest efforts, checking social media and finding a call from the heavyweight champion would come as a surprise. However, strange things have happened in boxing, and although Fury is capable of doing it all in jest, if there’s one man carrying out this plan, it’s him.
