Elon Musk is ruffled on Twitter. Tesla CEO threatened on Monday to end his $44 billion deal to acquire the social media company, said in a letter that the company failed to comply with data requirements about spam and fake accounts. Twitter said it will continue to share information with Mr. Musk. That same day, Texas also opened an investigation into the tally of fake Twitter bot accounts. Twitter shares lost 1.5% Monday.
