  • Sandwiches – 6 slices
  • Water – 1/4 cup
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • Oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Boiled Potatoes – 1
  • Grated carrot – 1
  • Frozen peas
  • Frozen corn
  • Chopped green chili
  • Chopped onion – 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Dry bread crumbs – 1 cup

Method:

Step 1: Place six slices of sandwich bread in a bowl. Add water and mix it with your hands. Now, pour in some yogurt. Stir the mixture well and let it sit for 10 minutes.

Step 2: Switch to the stuffing, mash a boiled potato, and add in some grated carrots, frozen peas, frozen corn, chopped green peppers, and some chopped onion.

Step 3: For the stuffing, add salt, red chili powder, turmeric, and black pepper and mix well. Mix well and add to bread mix.

Step 4: Make sure both mixtures are well mixed.

Step 5: Now, make balls from the mixture and cover them with dry bread crumbs.

Step 6: Meanwhile, heat the pan on the stove with some oil. Fry the beef pieces until they become golden brown.
