The £20,000 Brighton Mile Challenge handicap looks like a great innovation with 13 people going to sign up for the feature at the Sussex venue, live on Sky Sports Racing.
3.40 Brighton – Previous winners clash at Brighton Mile

Cereal Queen was another entrant in this race who won last time for Eve Johnson’s Houghton team.
4.30 Newcastle – Handicap of the competition to win on field and distance

She was only fourth in her last outing but could extend this time around, having won both the course and the distance.
Roger Fell’s Veteran Gold Dandy has three seconds and is the winner of her last four starts, and has won the Level 5 Championship twice before at Ayr as well as the winner of the course and distance back in 2020 .
Lady Celia was another notable one, with the win at the venue as well as a good second place in the 4th place team at Gosforth Park last time for the Richard Fahey team.
7.10 Yarmouth – Cowell sends two runners in the sprint
Yarmouth hosts a rich evening card with The Races Applied Research Form Handicap (7:10) look at a particularly competitive temperature.
Robert Cowell sent two men to the race, with Grandpa Tom looking for duo pick after four good runs and Neil Callan in form in the saddle.
Another hot jockey in Tom Marquand rides on Cowell’s other runner, Navy Drumsthe favorite was defeated last time.
Electric love was another favorite that was beaten last time, when very popular on his last run at Yarmouth.
