To Meet YouTube’s ‘Triggered Insaan’, Patiala Boy Cycled 250 km To Delhi. He Wasn’t Home

A 13-year-old boy from Patiala in Punjab, who cycled more than 250 kilometers to Delhi for three days trying to meet his favorite YouTube star, was found by police and handed over to his family today. With all that effort in three days, the boy was out of luck – he made it to Nischay Malhan’s Pitampura apartment, ‘Triggered Insaan’ on YouTube, but he wasn’t home. “He was traveling to Dubai,” police said.
When the boy, an 8th grader, went missing on October 4, his parents had a hunch that he could carry out his plan because he was obsessed with ‘Triggered Insaan’, a comedy and parody channel. with nearly 1.7 subscribers.
The family and Patiala Police used social media to gather hints and alerts for the police in Delhi. The YouTuber also issued a call for information and urged the boy to contact him home.
CCTV camera footage from several places on the route showed the boy. It is not clear where he stayed overnight or rested.
Police in Delhi discovered the Youtuber living in the Pitampura area and contacted the residents’ association. They checked the CCTV footage and discovered the child. When the police arrived at Youtuber Nischay Malhan’s apartment, they were informed that he had gone to Dubai.
Police first found the boy’s cycle and then his, after a brief search, in a park around 5pm.
The boy’s family went to Delhi and took him home. His grandfather said he was grateful that the police acted quickly.
“Good news, everyone. The boy has been found. Thank God,” the YouTuber tweeted.
